In case you are uninitiated, Coquito is, essentially, Puerto Rican eggnog. It's coconut flavored, lightly spiced, and lightly(?) spiked with rum. An essential for a good Nochebuena celebration. Our coquito cookie is made with standard and organic coconut flour, some coconut cream, Don Q Cristal rum, snd a dark rum by 451 Spirits (hilariously named Pipe Dream). It's a humble looking beauty who packs a delicious punch.
Note: Our Coquito Cookie is a ghost of Christmas past. We've done two iterations in years gone by and didn't plan to bring it back. But a kid an incredibly cute Puerto Rican kid in Philly put in a request. We don't really think ourselves as a kid cookie company, but Dee LOVE THE KIDS. AND this kid happens to be part of a joy filled little Puerto Rican American family who has supported the company from the beginning. And it's a really good cookie. So, Coquito for everyone!
